Understanding the Chakra System

The chakra system comes from ancient Indian traditions and describes seven main energy centers running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with specific colors, themes, and—by extension—crystals.

A Brief Overview

The word "chakra" means "wheel" in Sanskrit, referring to the spinning energy centers. When chakras are balanced, energy flows freely. When blocked, various issues may arise.
