The Full Moon and Crystals
The full moon has been a focal point for ritual, ceremony, and reflection across cultures for millennia. In crystal practice, it's considered the most powerful time to cleanse, charge, and reset your stones.
Why the Full Moon?
The full moon represents:
**Illumination:** Seeing things clearly**Release:** Letting go of what no longer serves you**Completion:** Honoring what you've accomplished**Renewal:** Creating space for what comes nextPreparing for Your Ritual
What You'll Need
Your crystal bracelets or stonesA journal and penA quiet space (indoor or outdoor)Optional: candle, sage or palo santo, a bowl of waterTiming
The full moon's energy is strongest the night of, but the day before and after work too. Don't stress about exact timing—intention matters more than precision.

Create Consistency
Mark full moons in your calendarKeep a dedicated "moon journal"Notice patterns in what you release each monthTrack how intentions manifest over timeSimplify When Needed
Not every full moon needs a 45-minute ritual. Some months, simply placing your crystals in the moonlight and taking a few breaths is enough.
Lunar rituals are personal practices. Adapt this guide to fit your life and beliefs.
